When you enroll in a course or program at Alaska Career, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our refund policy. Once payment has been processed and course access is granted, it is assumed that you have reviewed the course details and agreed to proceed with the enrollment.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions only:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course material and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• Course Cancellation by Alaska Career: In the rare event that we cancel a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

• Change of mind or personal decision not to continue the course.
• Failure to complete the course within the access period.
• Unsatisfactory progress or inability to meet course requirements.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Registration fees or administrative charges.
• One-on-one mentoring sessions once scheduled.
• Digital downloads, e-books, or other instantly accessible materials.
